After
doing some serious Cub-shopping I discovered that the Cub is yellow because
it must be made of gold, or at least Cubs are priced if they were. The Citabria provided so much
more for what would be the same cost. So, after only being off-line for
only a couple of weeks, N8503 is back and here to
stay!
More
changes at Blue Sky last month.
Dan decided to take a job closer to home, so you will see a new face
in the shop. Stop by to say
hello to Jack Petit, an I&A with a great deal of experience in everything
from removing and installing engines for G&N, managing a maintenance
shop and repairing countless types of single and light twin engine
aircraft.
Check
out the progress on the new south hangars. They should be completed
sometime this summer. New
hangers, the Café Cabaret right on the field and cheap gas will make Morris Airport the place to be!

The on-line scheduling seems to be going well. If you are a dues-paying member and
do not yet have access, call to get a User ID and password. Once you are in you can go to the preferences
page to set up what planes and instructors you wish to see, as well as
enter in medical and currency dates. Your personal log-in page will remind you when you are due! The main page of the schedule has
notes that might be of interest, as well as a link to weather.
Another
service to dues-paying members: charts
via mail! Would you
like to receive certain sectionals, IFR plates or charts, or other NACO publications right to your home? Call for an individual order before
a trip or on a continuing basis. Remember that you also receive 10% off all
ASA products, which includes books, headsets and more.
